Where can I buy Stair Make-Over?
Click here or on the ‘dealers’ button and find your nearest retailer.
||How do I know what I need?
On this site you can download a measuring form. Follow the items on the form and give it to your dealer. He will tell you exactly what you will need to complete your renovation.
What must I do with the sides of my stairs?
You can paint the sides of your stairs, but arrange to do it at least a week before you start your renovation. The paint needs this period to dry completely so that it will not be damaged during the installation. We also recommend that the under sides of your treads are painted in the same colour - or a colour which matches the treads. Downloadable painting instructions.
How can I measure the new treads?
The assembly kit contains a special measuring tool. With this tool you can make a template of your old tread and measure a maximum of 6 angles at one time. You simply transfer this template over onto your new treads.
|Why do I have to use the Stair Make-Over glue?
The glue has a special composition for stair renovation. The treads that are glued are non movable after 20 minutes so you can use your stairs the same day. Besides, the glue has a levelling effect on old and worn stairs. A third benefit is that the glue in combination with the treads reduces the noise of stair walking.
